Returns & Replacements

We keep this simple. If the frames are not right for you, tell us within 3 days of delivery.

Start a return

  1. Tap Go to my orders and sign in with the email you used when you ordered. We send you a 6-digit code — no password to remember.
  2. Open your order and tap Request return. Choose the frame and the reason.
  3. Want a different frame instead of your money back? Write which one in the note and we will exchange it. Otherwise it is a full refund.
  4. We approve it and arrange a free pickup from your door. You do not pack anything off to a courier office.

Can't sign in, or ordered with a different email? Write to support@theblanktag.in with your order number instead — same 3 days, same free pickup.

The short version

  • You have 3 days from the day your order is delivered to raise a return request
  • Once the request is in, there is no second clock — we arrange the pickup, and the frames do not need to be back with us within 3 days
  • Frames must be unworn, unscratched, and returned in the original hard case
  • Full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for a different frame — your choice

Raising the request is what has to happen inside 3 days. Everything after that is on us.

Damaged or wrong item

If your frames arrive damaged, or you received the wrong colourway, tell us within 3 days of delivery and send a photo. We ship a replacement immediately at our cost. You do not pay return shipping, and you do not wait for the original pair to reach us first.

Refund timeline

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick condition check, we process the refund within 2 working days. Your bank typically takes a further 3 to 7 working days to show it.

What we cannot accept

  • Frames with scratched lenses or visible wear
  • Returns without the original hard case
  • Requests raised more than 3 days after delivery

Exchanges

Want a different frame instead of a refund? Say which one in your return request (or in your email) and we will ship it as soon as your return is picked up. If there is a price difference we will send a payment link or refund the balance.
