Shipping policy

Free shipping across India. Every order, no minimum.

When it ships

If the frame is in stock, it goes out the same day. If we are waiting on stock, it can take up to 5 days before we dispatch. We will tell you which one applies to your order rather than leaving you guessing.

When it arrives

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 2 days. Remote and north-eastern pin codes can take longer. Weather, festivals and local courier load can add a day.

Tracking

We ship with our courier partners across India. You will get a tracking link by email… as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has been 48 hours since your order and no tracking has arrived, write to support@theblanktag.in.

If delivery fails

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all three fail, the parcel comes back to us. We will contact you to either re-ship it or refund you in full. You will not be charged for the return leg.

Wrong or incomplete address

Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email support@theblanktag.in immediately — if the parcel has not been picked up, we can usually fix it. Once in transit, the address cannot be changed.
