When it ships

If the frame is in stock, it goes out the same day.

If we are waiting on stock, it can take up to 5 days before we dispatch. We will tell you which one applies to your order rather than leaving you guessing.

When it arrives

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 2 days.

Remote and north-eastern pin codes can take longer. Weather, festivals and local courier load can add a day. If something is running late, we would rather tell you than hope you do not notice.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

If it has been 48 hours since your order and no tracking has arrived, write to support@theblanktag.in. We will chase the courier so you do not have to.

What arrives

Every pair ships in a hard protective case with a microfibre lens cloth, inside a padded outer box. Nothing gets crushed in transit.

If delivery fails

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times.

If all three attempts fail, the parcel comes back to us. We will contact you to either re-ship it or refund you in full. You will not be charged for the return leg.

Wrong or incomplete address

Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at support@theblanktag.in — if the parcel has not been picked up yet, we can usually fix it.

Once a parcel is in transit, the address cannot be changed. If it fails delivery for a wrong address, we will re-ship to the corrected address at no extra cost to you.
