<p>These terms cover your use of theblanktag.in and anything you buy from us. Buying from this site means you accept them.</p>

<h3>Who you are buying from</h3>

<h3>Prices and payment</h3>
<p>All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we do not add anything afterwards.</p>
<p>We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed and paid for.</p>

<h3>Your order</h3>
<p>An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.</p>
<p>We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if the item turns out to be out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If that happens we will tell you why.</p>
<p>Dispatch and delivery timings are set out on our <a href="/pages/shipping">Shipping page</a>. Where a frame is sold ahead of stock arriving, the arrival date is stated on the product page before you buy.</p>

<h3>Returns</h3>
<p>Covered in full by our Refund policy and our <a href="/pages/returns-replacements">Returns and replacements page</a>. In short: tell us within 3 days of delivery and we collect from your door.</p>

<h3>What we sell</h3>
<p>Our sunglasses are fashion eyewear with UV protection. They are not prescription eyewear and are not a medical device. If you need corrective lenses, see an optometrist.</p>
<p>Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary and a colour may not look identical in your hand.</p>

<h3>The camera check</h3>
<p>The face measurement tool on this site runs entirely in your own browser. No photograph or video is uploaded to us or to anyone else. It is a guide to help you choose, not a guarantee of fit.</p>

<h3>Our name and our work</h3>
<p>THEBLANKTAG is a registered trademark. The name, logo, photography and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.</p>

<h3>Your account and conduct</h3>
<p>Keep your account details to yourself. Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape it, or to interfere with how it works for other people.</p>

<h3>Where we stand on liability</h3>
<p>We are responsible for getting you the frames you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond that. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which stands whatever these terms say.</p>

<h3>Privacy</h3>
<p>What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy policy.</p>

<h3>Changes</h3>
<p>We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.</p>

<h3>Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts at Surat, Gujarat.</p>
