How to start a return

Email support@theblanktag.in with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We will book a reverse pickup and send you the details.

Condition we need them in

Unworn, no scratches on lenses or frame, in the original hard case with the microfibre cloth and original packaging.

Refund or exchange

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of pickup, back to the payment method you used. Your bank takes its own time after that. For an exchange, tell us which frame you would rather have — we ship the replacement as soon as your return is picked up.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Tell us within 3 days of delivery and send a photo of the frames and packaging. We ship a replacement straight away, at our cost.

What we cannot accept

Frames with scratched lenses or visible wear, returns without the hard case, or requests raised more than 3 days after delivery.
